It is estimated that one in four of us will experience some mental health problems in our lifetime, from a low period, to more serious depression, to a small number who will experience severe mental health problems.  If you feel persistently sad, have trouble sleeping or experience unexplained aches and pains, please come into surgery to discuss them and you will be treated with understanding and offered support.
