• Covid 19 continues to be prevalent in the community.
• We are doing our utmost to minimise disruptions to our patients. To minimise risk, we are asking patients who do not have an appointment to not come to the surgery. If you have ANY symptoms of coronavirus, do not come to the surgery.
• We have updated our phone system but are still experiencing large volumes of phone-calls.
• In line with current HSE directives for Covid 19 Testing we are unable to offer PCRS referrals for 4-39year old cohort. We do ask that patients in this age cohort directly apply for testing via the HSE and to not ring the surgery for test referral.

There are 2 types of COVID-19 tests available from the HSE. For our patient’s convenience we have provided short cuts below to direct information from the HSE in relation to PCRS test requests.

If you have symptoms of COVID-19, you need to self-isolate (stay in your room) right away, no matter what type of test you get. There is a high risk you could spread the virus.
